GetFractal (“GetFractal,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a product of GridTheory (“GridTheory”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit getfractal.ai(the “Site”), join our waitlist, contact us, or use the GetFractal platform (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About GetFractal and our platform partner
GetFractal is a customer-facing platform owned and operated by GridTheory. The platform is built on top of Wrangler OS, an underlying CRM and operating infrastructure also owned by GridTheory. Because of this relationship, certain platform data — including account information, customer records, lead data, and workflow configurations — may be processed by Wrangler OS infrastructure as part of operating the Services.
Wrangler OS acts as a processor under our direction and is bound by the same privacy, confidentiality, and security obligations described in this Policy. References in this Policy to “our service providers” or “within our group” include Wrangler OS where relevant.
2. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Waitlist & account information — your email address, name, agency name, role, and any other details you submit through forms on the Site.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, contact form, or in-app chat, including their contents and metadata.
- Platform data — once the Services launch, the information you upload, configure, or generate while using the platform (e.g., lead records, workflow configurations, team rosters, performance data).
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site.
- Cookies & similar technologies — we use a minimal set of cookies and analytics technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
1.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from service providers that help us operate the Services (for example, email-delivery providers, analytics providers, and authentication providers). When the Services launch, integrations you authorize (such as CRMs, dialers, or calendar systems) may also share data with us at your direction.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
- Respond to inquiries, fulfill waitlist requests, and communicate with you about GetFractal;
- Send transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time;
- Personalize your experience and analyze how the Services are used so we can improve them;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems;
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and lawful requests by public authorities.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — with vendors that help us run the business (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Within our group — between GetFractal and other GridTheory entities and products, where necessary to operate the Services and consistent with this Policy.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- Legal & safety — when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our terms, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
- With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it using commercially reasonable methods.
6. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No security program is perfect, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored by us.
7. Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you;
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Request a portable copy of your information;
- Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@gridtheory.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing any information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Site. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
